14-Day Return & Refund

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The original packaging, box, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • The product must not have scratches, damage, or signs of use.

  • Proof of purchase/order details must be provided.

How to Request a Return

Contact ORIX Watches within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for the return.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If the return meets our requirements, your refund will be approved and processed.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect watch, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns may not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged, modified, scratched, or returned without its original packaging and accessories.

ORIX Watches reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
